We currently ship electric bikes and accessories Australia-wide. Delivery availability, pricing, and delivery times depend on your location and the size of the item ordered.
Free Standard Shipping (Eligible Metro Areas)
We offer free standard shipping on electric bikes to selected metro and near-metro areas where shipping costs are typically lower.
Eligible regions may include:

Selected regional areas within Victoria and New South Wales
Free shipping eligibility is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode.
Standard Shipping (Regional & Remote Areas)
Orders delivered to regional or remote locations may incur a standard shipping fee.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item size, and courier availability.
Some remote locations may require additional transit time due to distance and courier limitations.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for selected metro and regional areas only.

For very remote locations (including parts of WA, NT, TAS, and Far North QLD), express shipping may not be offered.
Order Processing Times

Remote & Hard-to-Service Areas
For the purposes of shipping, delivery, insurance, and freight services, remote and hard-to-service areas are defined as locations where courier access is limited, delivery times are extended, or additional freight charges apply due to distance, infrastructure, or carrier restrictions.
Remote areas may include, but are not limited to:

Western Australia outside major metropolitan areas (e.g. Perth Metro)

Northern Territory (excluding Darwin Metro)

Tasmania outside Hobart and Launceston metro areas

Far North Queensland, including regional and remote areas north of Rockhampton

Delivery to remote areas may:

Large & Bulky Items
Electric bikes are considered large, bulky items.
Some deliveries may require:

Assistance to receive the item

Safe access for delivery vehicles

Delivery to ground-level locations only
Couriers may not deliver bulky items to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
