Refund Policy
At EMD E-Bikes, we partner with multiple brands and Australian warehouse suppliers. Refund eligibility and processing may vary depending on the product and supplier, however all refund requests must be submitted and approved through EMD E-Bikes.
Important: Do not return any item without contacting EMD E-Bikes first. Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected and will not be eligible for a refund.
How Refunds Work
- All refund requests must be submitted to EMD E-Bikes.
- Refunds are only processed once the return has been approved and, where required, received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 1–5 business days after approval (bank processing times may vary).
Change of Mind Refunds
- Change-of-mind refunds are only available where permitted by the specific product supplier.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking or processing fees may apply depending on the product.
- Some products or brands may not offer change-of-mind refunds.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
- You may be asked to provide photos or video for assessment.
- Where approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
- In cases of confirmed fault or supplier error, return shipping costs are generally covered.
Brand-Specific Refund Conditions
Mankeel
- Refund requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Unused items may incur up to 15% return shipping costs.
- Used items may incur a 20–30% restocking fee.
- Faulty items within 30 days may be eligible for a full refund, replacement, or repair.
EUNORAU
- Refund requests typically must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition with original packaging.
- Used or assembled products are generally not eligible for refund.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may qualify for a full refund.
Jansno
- Refund requests typically must be made within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all included components.
- Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility for non-quality issues.
- Additional fees may apply for used items.
Vomo
Vomo products generally do not qualify for change-of-mind refunds.
- Products are typically supported through replacement parts and repair assistance.
- Refunds may only be considered in cases of major fault or supplier error.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used, damaged, or modified products not covered by warranty.
- Items returned without approval.
- Accessories or special-order items unless faulty.
