Shipping & Returns Policy

At EMD e-Bikes, we work with multiple supplier brands and Australian warehouse partners. Shipping timeframes, return eligibility, and warranty support can vary by brand. Please review the summary below before purchasing.

Important: Please inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Do not send items back without prior approval from EMD e-Bikes.

General Shipping Information

  • We offer shipping Australia-wide.
  • Free Shipping: Available for customers located in VIC, NSW, and SA.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $199 applies to WA and other remote areas.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on location.
  • Please note that some products are shipped directly from our suppliers, which may result in slight variations in delivery times.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Brand-Specific Shipping & Returns

Mankeel

Mankeel accepts order cancellations before shipment. Once shipped, orders generally cannot be cancelled. Customers should not refuse delivery without first contacting support, as this may affect refund eligibility.

Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened, unused products: Return request accepted within 14 days of delivery. A return shipping fee of up to 15% of the product price may apply.
  • Opened products: Return request accepted within 14 days of delivery if usage is under 10 miles. A 20% restocking fee applies, plus return shipping. If usage exceeds 10 miles, the restocking fee may increase to 30%.
  • Defective products within 30 days: Return, exchange, or repair costs are generally covered.
  • Defective products after 30 days: Repair under warranty may still be available, or a partial refund may be offered depending on the issue.
  • Accessories: Returns are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue or a shipping error.
  • Refused shipments: A fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may be deducted to cover shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • Unused products may be eligible for exchange within 30 days.
  • Products with non-quality issues may incur shipping charges and a restocking fee.
  • Products with quality issues may be exchanged with shipping covered by Mankeel.

For Mankeel return or warranty requests, customers typically need to provide an order number plus clear photos or video of the issue.

EUNORAU

EUNORAU accepts order cancellations before the product has shipped or entered production. Once shipped, cancellation is generally not available.

Returns

  • Return requests must generally be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible, products must be in new, re-sellable condition, complete, and in the original packaging.
  • Used, assembled, ridden, worn, abused, or damaged products are generally not eligible for refund.
  • If the reason for return is attributable to the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping to EUNORAU’s Australian warehouse.
  • If the issue is attributable to EUNORAU, such as incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, a full refund may be approved.

Refunds

  • Returns are inspected after receipt.
  • If approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with final bank timing depending on the payment provider.

EUNORAU may refuse returns that do not meet original-condition requirements or were sent back without prior approval.

Jansno

Jansno offers a limited return period for eligible products purchased through its website, primarily where the product is unused or where a qualifying major quality issue exists.

Returns

  • Return requests must generally be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, with original packaging and all included items.
  • For non-quality returns, return freight is generally borne by the customer.
  • Products with more than 10 kilometres of use may attract additional fees.
  • Items sent back without prior written approval will not be accepted.
  • Accessories, giveaways, special orders, repaired products, or products with man-made damage are generally non-returnable.

Order Cancellations

  • If cancelled before shipment, a 3% processing fee may apply.
  • If cancelled after shipment, a shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

Quality Issues

  • Within the applicable period, major non-human quality issues may qualify for a refund or partial refund with Jansno approval.
  • For many other issues, Jansno may provide replacement parts instead of approving a full return.
Vomo

Vomo does not offer change-of-mind returns or full product returns once shipped.

  • Vomo products are generally supported through replacement parts and repair assistance rather than full returns.
  • If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or develops an eligible issue, customers may be asked to provide photos or video for assessment.
  • Where approved, Vomo typically supplies parts needed for repair rather than accepting the full bike or scooter back.
  • Customers should not send a Vomo product back without written approval and instructions.
  • For this reason, please review product specifications carefully before purchase.
Please note: Vomo products are generally treated as repair-supported items, not return-supported items.

Return Conditions

  • Do not return any item without prior written approval.
  • Returned items should include original packaging, charger, keys, manuals, hardware, and accessories where applicable.
  • Items returned damaged, incomplete, heavily used, or improperly packaged may incur deductions or be rejected.
  • Shipping charges, restocking fees, or processing fees may apply depending on the supplier and reason for return.

Returns & Restocking

  • Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% to cover handling and processing costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Items must not be returned without prior approval from EMD E-Bikes. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
